Designing social media posts for the Erie VA Facebook and Twitter accounts involved creating visually appealing graphics to promote upcoming events, program classes, facility announcements, and organizational news.
The objective was to engage the Erie VA patient community by making information eye-catching, accurate and easy to understand.
A key challenge was enhancing account engagement. Our strategy was incorporating local faces from the Erie VA facility into our campaigns, ensuring that the content felt relatable and connected to the community we serve.
