Account Creation Booklet
In response to the Erie VA’s new initiative for Veteran patients to access their online accounts through ID.me, we designed an instructional booklet to guide users through the account creation process. Collaborating closely with the Connected Care department, we aimed to produce clear and accessible instructional material – marking the first of its kind for the Veterans Affairs organization.
Our challenge was to present a complex process understandably, necessitating a thoughtful layout that incorporated numerous images to minimize confusion. By utilizing effective layout design, detailed screen mockups, and cohesive color and design elements, we successfully created a resource that has been shared with other facilities to aid Veterans in navigating their new online accounts.
